Why Use a Travel Agent?
Hello! I am Christina Davenport, travel agent and owner of VanClark Travel! I started VanClark Travel with my sister, Machelle. We had one goal in mind: to help people fulfill their travel dreams and to share our passion for travel with fellow travelers, explorers, and adventurers.

My love for travel started when I was young. My Dad traveled a lot with the Air Force. When he came home from his travels he would bring exotic gifts and tell us stories of the food and places he had visited. Between my Dad’s travels and my love of history and books, I knew that I would travel the world. I have traveled to many places, but still have many adventures left on my bucket list.

I get asked a lot: why use a travel agent? This question is evolving, especially in the current state of events happening worldwide. What this pandemic has taught me is my role for a traveler is invaluable. Not only is it a travel agent’s job to help our clients find their perfect destination and vacation, it is also our job to help when things don’t go as planned. Travel agents have inside connections, knowledge, and personal relationships with representatives within large companies who can help us help you!
